As we look forward to the New Year and all it may bring, take a moment to pause and look back at what has been. Looking back through a lens of curiosity can bring a sense of peace that you may not be expecting.

Unfortunately, believing I have to "earn it" and judging go hand in hand. It creates a vicious cycle that needs to be interrupted.

To stay aware of possibilities means working through our disappointment while also choosing to see good in the situation.
