Social media can be a wonderful tool we use to stay connected to others. We can also use it as part of our jobs, a way to further our hobbies, and in my case - more often than not - to find stand-up comedians or videos of cute animals!
But how do we know when social media has gone from being a tool we can use to something unhealthy? Or maybe we have realized our social media use is already more unhealthy than we'd like, and we're not sure how to get back to a healthy balance.
Check out the conversation I had with Brian Bales, the pastor of Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn, VA, the other day on the “Welcome to the Drive Home from the Nation’s Capital” show on WAVA 105.1 Radio.
What you will NOT hear us say: social media is the root of all evil, something to be avoided at all costs, or that it will bring about utter destruction! Check out our conversation and then send me a message to let me know what your thoughts are on social media and how it affects our connections to others.
I'd love to hear about your experience with social media! Send me an email or schedule some one-on-one time with me. And consider subscribing to my blog where I post lots of helpful suggestions on how you can begin (and continue) this journey of recovering your blueprint!
